‘Notorious’ Mug Shot

Conor McGregor and a few of his closest friends decided to storm the UFC 223 media day on Thursday (April 5, 2018) in Brooklyn, N.Y., going on a full-on rampage (watch it) against a bus transporting various fighters competing at the pay-per-view (PPV) event on Saturday night.

Hours later, “Notorious” turned himself over to authorities.

Now, his mug shot has been released and made available courtesy of Thomas Duffy.

McGregor broke a window with a dolly, ultimately cutting up Michael Chiesa’s face to the point that “Maverick” had to visit the local hospital — and was eventually bounced from his fight against Anthony Pettis. As was Ray Borg, who was forced out of his fight against Brandon Moreno due to damage suffered in his eyes after getting hit with flying glass.

Furthermore, Artem Lobov -- Conor’s friend and training partner which may have been at the center of the ruckus due to this — was yanked from his fight against Alex Caceres, which was set to go down on the preliminary portion of the event.

As for UFC president Dana White, he was rather irate with all of the proceedings and declared that he was no longer interested in doing business with McGregor, who earlier this week had some not-so-nice thing to say about the promotion regarding its decision to strip him of the title.

Whether or not he sticks to that decree, remains to be seen. As for McGregor, he was charged with three counts of assault, and will likely also have to deal with several potential lawsuits coming his way.
