Awkward! Khabib, Holloway Forced To Share Tiny Gym

Brooklyn, New York, is not a small place.

It sure looks that way when you see Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight champion Max Holloway cutting weight alongside lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov ahead of this Saturday night’s (April 7, 2018) title fight inside Barclays Center.

While “The Eagle” is decked out in his poncho and ski cap in an effort to get down to the 155-pound limit — without ending up in the hospital — “Blessed” may have the more difficult cut after accepting the fight on just six days notice.

Blame Tony Ferguson for that.

Without the benefit of a one-pound allowance, both combatants will need to hit the lightweight mark with extreme precision. No question Conor McGregor — who will be stripped of his strap this weekend in “The Empire State” — will be keeping a close eye on this one.

“Notorious” was unable to finish Holloway when they went to war back in late 2013.
