Marijuana ... because sometimes mushrooms just ain’t enough.

Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson will return to the ring this November in Texas to throw hands opposite celebrity pugilist Jake Paul, part of a special Netflix-streamed boxing event that has already been panned for exploiting the geriatric “Iron” man.

There’s a lot of that going around these days.

“Will you be high when you fight Jake Paul?” host Jimmy Kimmel asked Tyson during a recent appearance on Kimmel’s “Live” show.

“I’m gonna be so high off life, yeah,” Tyson responded.

“Will you be high on marijuana, as well?” Kimmel prodded.

“That’s a possibility, too,” Tyson said.

Unfortunately for Tyson, Texas is not a fan of marijuana exemptions.

“I have a weird personality — I don’t think it’s weird though,” Tyson told FOX News earlier this year. “Whatever I’m afraid to do, I do it. That’s how it is. I was afraid of the Roy [Jones Jr.] fight. I was 100 pounds overweight, I was however old, 54, 53, and I said ‘Let’s do it.’ Anything I’m afraid of, I confront it. That’s my personality. Right now, I’m scared to death.”

“I always believed that adversity and nervousness pretty much catapulted me into success,” Tyson continued. “If I didn’t have these feelings, I wouldn’t go into this fight. I have to have these feelings to fight. Without them, I would never go in the ring.”

He may never go into the ring again, depending on the outcome of his Paul fight.
