Jones Has A Message For His Haters: ‘Suck One’

Earlier this week, news came from the “outraged” Jon Jones camp that “Bones” may be back inside the Octagon before the end of 2018, putting an end to his provisional suspension being served for a positive drug test.

One that erased his championship win over Daniel Cormier.

That didn’t sit well with some of his haters, who went on social media to lambast the former light heavyweight champion. After a brief period of silence, Jones delivered a message of his own, along with a simple request.

“Let me talk to my haters,” Jones wrote on Twitter. “Blame my greatness on things you simply will never understand. Hard work. Passion. Suck one.”

Gegard Mousasi approves this message.

Jones has been out of action since knocking out “DC” in the UFC 214 pay-per-view (PPV) main event last summer. While United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) popped him for Turinabol, follow-up tests have been inconclusive, leaving the door open for Jones to escape this.

“Bones” must also settle his differences with California State Athletic Commission (CSAC), charged with regulating UFC 214 in Anaheim, and it would be a small miracle if Jones — and his repeat offenses — were able to emerge unscathed.

We’ll find out when phase one begins Feb. 27.
