Khabib, Holloway Come Face-To-Face In New York

“I hope, maybe is first April joke.”

Sorry Khabib, this was no joke. Tony Ferguson blew out his knee and withdrew from the upcoming UFC 223 pay-per-view (PPV) event on April 7, 2018 inside Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The good news for “The Eagle” is that reigning featherweight champion Max Holloway was willing to step in on just six days notice, leaving behind the warm weather of Hawaii for the snowy streets of “The Empire State.”
