PFL announces full card for June 10 featuring Anthony Pettis vs. Alexander Martinez, Claressa Shields debut

Anthony Pettis will get a second chance to score his first win for the PFL, and boxing superstar Claressa Shields makes her MMA debut.
On Thursday, the league announced a full lineup of lightweight and featherweight matchups via press release for its upcoming PFL 4 card in Atlantic City, N.J., which takes place on June 10 and features Pettis in the lightweight main event against Alexander Martinez. A featherweight bout between Bubba Jenkins and Anthony Dizy will serve as the co-headliner.
Also expected to take place on the main card is the debut of Shields, who meets Brittney Elkin in a previously reported lightweight bout. Shields, a two-time Olympic gold medalist and current undisputed two-division boxing champion, is competing outside of the PFL’s current women’s lightweight season.
The June 10 bout is a must-win for Pettis, who was defeated in his PFL debut last month by fellow UFC veteran Clay Collard. That loss meant Pettis has thus far earned zero points this season, while his opponent Martinez has already banked three points with a split decision win over Loik Radzhabov. Only four fighters advance to the PFL playoffs for the chance at a $1,000,000 prize, and Pettis is currently on the outside looking in.
Jenkins is currently sitting in the top-4 of the featherweight division after defeating two-time PFL champion Lance Palmer by unanimous decision at PFL 1. He can cement his spot in the playoffs with a win over France’s Dizy, who lost a decision to Chris Wade in his first fight of the season.
On the preliminaries, Collard looks to continue his success against Joilton Lutterbach, while defending champions Palmer and Natan Schulte attempt to keep their playoff hopes alive when they take on Lazar Stojadinovic and Mikhail Odintsov, respectively.
The main card for PFL 4 will air on ESPN2 and ESPN+, with the prelims on ESPN+.
