UFC 214 free fight video: Watch Tyron Woodley knockout Josh Koscheck at UFC 167

Before Tyron Woodley steps into the Octagon to face Demian Maia in the co-main event of UFC 214 this weekend (Sat., July 29, 2017) inside Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., let’s take a trip down memory lane to see “The Chosen One’s” most dominant wins.

Back in 2013, Woodley took on former Welterweight title contender Josh Koscheck in his second fight inside the Octagon. Woodley came out looking sharp, clocking “Kos” early and often. In fact, Woodley dropped Koscheck twice in the very first round. And with less than one minute left in the opening frame, Woodley showed off his knockout power by crushing “Kos” with vicious right hand that rocked and dropped the American Kickboxing Academy (AKA) pupil. Before Koscheck had a chance to get up, Woodley decked him with another mean right to put him down for the count.

The loss — his third straight — added to Koscheck’s woes as he eventually went on to lose his next three bouts. As for Woodley, he went on to win six of seven after that win and claimed the 170-pound title in the process. He’ll look for yet another title defense when he takes on perhaps the most-decorated Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner in the sport this weekend.
