UFC 214 results, recap, and link wrap up: Jones and Cyborg are NEW, Woodley is STILL

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to the pay-per-view (PPV) market last Saturday night (July 29, 2017) for UFC 214: "Cormier vs. Jones 2," which took place inside Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

The promotion's most recent mixed martial arts (MMA) event was headlined by Jon Jones, who blasted Daniel Cormier in the third round of their light heavyweight championship title fight.

In the UFC 214 co-headliner, reigning welterweight champion Tyron Woodley defeated jiu-jitsu ace Demian Maia by boring decision, while Cristiane Justino captured the vacant featherweight crown by wrecking Tonya Evinger.
