Serghei Spivac got revenge against Marcin Tybura.
Spivac and Tybura headlined UFC Vegas 95 Saturday night at the APEX in a rematch from their first meeting in February 2020 — which was won by Tybura. The action started with a quick combination from Spivac before the fight hit the mat. Spivac lost position, leading to Tybura getting top position.
From there, after a bit of patience, Spivac slyly rolled into a beautiful armbar, and Tybura verbally submitted to end the fight.

The official time of the finish was at 1:44 of the opening round.
“Polar Bear” returned for the first time in 11 months following a knockout loss to Ciryl Gane at UFC Paris this past September. Spivac has finished four of his past five opponents, including Derrick Lewis in his first-ever UFC headliner in February 2023.
Following the win, Spivac didn’t have a name to call out, but issued a challenge to any heavyweight ranked ahead of him.
Tybura has been finished in two of his three most recent outings.
